Thanks for your feedback. CharlesMaranto Jr. Clicking OK in the error dialog cancels the dialog and removes the zip file. This appears to be some sort of permissions thing.

I can create a zip file by right-clicking in the explorer window and clicking on "new", then "compressed zipped folder", and it will create the file just fine. I can even give it a name. Any attempt to copy anything into this new zip file results in "File not found or no read permission" error.

Attempting to delete the zip file says "You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder". So now I open the properties for the zip file and go to the Security tab.
