I love that windows 10 allows the drag and drop for multiple corners of the screen now even in multi monitor setups. I can easily snap say 8 windows across 2 screens. I love keyboard shortcuts. Like when a user leaves their desk without locking the screen. You learn something new every day! I was always curious if this could be done but never followed threw to find out.

Wold wile holding the winkey you can toggle the position of the target window by pressing left or right arrow keys. It will move across the screen and to the next monitor if needed.

But, when I went to show off the "Snap" function, it had an odd quirk. It would snap a window to the full screen for either monitor fine, but the half screen snap function would only work on the far outside edge of the monitor. However, it seems to not work when dragging a window to the edge that is adjoined to the second monitor. How to make it work properly? Maybe some regedit modification or something? You should use only keyboard shortcuts for that configuration, since mouse movements alone seems not supported for that special side that crosses over to the other monitor.
NOTE: On multiple monitors, continually pressing a keyboard shortcut combination below will cause the window to snap to the side and scroll in that direction through the multiple monitor screens. I find the Windows 7 default keys useful, this tool is much more comprehensive though. As you see there is no perfectly working app available. At the moment I hope WindowSpace will solve this problems as it seems to be the most active project.
After that it will be perfect, but of course, expensive. MaxTo now contains a snap-to-window feature for Windows 7, as well as being a superb general window manager. If you like Expose, you can use Switcher. It is more customizable than Expose and works great on Win7.
If you have a docked toolbar on the inner seam of a multi-monitor setup then you will be able to use the half-monitor snap feature on that monitor when you hover over the toolbar. I use Trillian Astra Instant Message program with the right dock setting and am able to snap to half the screen when I hover over the toolbar.
